A New Year's Extravaganza at Pontefract Racecourse
Imagine stepping into the vibrant atmosphere of Pontefract Racecourse for New Year's, where a week of diverse entertainment awaits. This isn't just a party; it's an experience designed to delight guests of all ages. Here's a glimpse of what to expect:
Sunday 28th December
Arrive, get pitched up. Meet and greet in the function room with drinks and afternoon tea.
Eve is Casino night . Please wear smart casual. You don't need to spend your own wonga as we will supply Tucker's Tenners !! Big Prizes to be won !!
Monday 29th December
AM Swimming or climbing wall.
PM Gin Infusion and Vodka infusion Competition.
Bring your samples of 500ml of gin or vodka infusions.
Let your imagination run wild ! It can be fruit based or sweets based or even vegetable based. remember to keep it simple as many flavours dont work. Please bring an empty clear wine bottle to decant into so it remains a secret to all others. Each entrant will have a score card in which they will score the samples. The winner will have the highest score.
Eve Dance the night away with our live entertainment The Ultimate Party Band.
Tuesday 30th December
AM Lego fun for kids and adults
PM Why not head into Pontefract or visit Xcape or The Outlet.
Eve Midlands Takeover. TBC
Wednesday 31st December NEW YEARS EVE
AM Help Decorate the room please

Eve smart dress please. Party games, buffet, Dancing till late.
Thursday 1st Jan 2026
AM Help Tidy room.
PM Clear your head with Paul's Tours. Nice walk around the racecourse.
Eve Order in your favorite Takeaway. PJs and onesies to chill in.

Help clear site and leave.
