Monday 28th December

10am site opens

Arrive, get pitched up. Meet and greet in the function room with hot drinks.

Afternoon - Bring your Christmas leftovers for a beggars buffet.

Evening - Dress code suggestion - Hawaiian, bright shirts, leis necklaces, grass skirts etc.

Evening Entertainment with the fabulous all round entertainer Jonny Arey. There will be fun and laughter and a few surprises ! Anyone who has seen him before will know we are in for a treat.

What a way to open this event !!

Tuesday 29th December

Morning Swimming or climbing wall.

Afternoon 

2pm Gin Infusion and Vodka infusion Competition.  

 Bring your samples of 500ml of gin or vodka infusions.

Let your imagination run wild ! It can be fruit based or sweets based or even vegetable based. remember to keep it simple as many flavours dont work. Please bring an empty clear wine bottle to decant into so it remains a secret to all others. Each entrant will have a scorecard in which they will score the samples. The winner will have the highest score.

Evening Dress code - suggestion - up to you !!

7pm NIGHT AT THE CABARET !! An evening of professional Cabaret and Glamour.

Get ready for a night of feathers, sequins, sparkle and maybe a little mischief !

Wednesday 30th December

Morning

11am Lego fun for kids and adults

Afternoon Why not head into Pontefract or visit Xcape or The Outlet.

Evening - Dress code - Racing ie. jockey, horse, or what you would wear to the Races etc.

7pm Race evening. Place your bets, pick your runners and get ready for a night of fun and maybe a flutter ! Neigh chance of a boring night ! and all at Pontefract racecourse !!

Thursday 31st December NEW YEARS EVE

Morning

10.30am PLEASE Help Decorate the room and your table.

Afternoon Why not head into Pontefract or visit Xcape or The Outlet.

Evening Dress code suggestion - Dress to impress.

PLEASE DON'T ENTER ROOM UNTIL 7pm

Smart dress to impress. Party games, we will provide abuffet served to your table.

Dancing till late. Bring in 2027 with all your best friends. DJ Oggy will blast out the party tunes.

Friday 1st Jan 2026

Morning

11am Help Tidy room.

Afternoon

1pm Clear your head with Paul's Tours. Nice walk around the racecourse.

Evening

Quiz Night and board games. Why not Order in your favorite Takeaway. PJs and onesies to chill in.

Saturday 2nd

Help clear site and leave before 1pm.
