Get ready for a fantastic weekend of spooky fun, great music, and community spirit! Here is your complete guide to the event line-up.
🗓️ Thursday 22nd October
12:00 pm (Noon) — Site Opens: Arrive early, set up your camp, and settle in for the weekend.
Evening — Social & Games: The bar is open! Come along for pool, games, and a free-and-easy evening to catch up with friends.
🗓️ Friday 23rd October
6:30 pm - 11:00 pm — Warm Social Room Open: Stay cozy and support the community bar.
(Note: Bringing your own drinks is permitted in the Hall only).
Evening — Scary Feast: Please bring your best Halloween-themed buffet items to share.
8:00 pm — Live Music: ECHO BEACH: The amazing 80s show is live! Dress code: Wear your finest 80s gear, loud shirts, or Hawaiian prints.
🗓️ Saturday 24th October — Spooky Family Day
11:00 am — Kids' Pumpkin Carving: Bring a pumpkin and carve it with your parents. Prizes are up for grabs for the best creations!
4:00 pm onwards — Spooky Table Decoration: Decorate your table to look as haunting as possible. Prizes to be won!
5:00 pm onwards — Spooky Goulash: Delicious hot food will be served. Don't forget to bring your own plates!
6:00 pm onwards — TCUK’s Famous Scare Maze: Take a walk through our notorious maze... dare you pay a visit?👻
8:00 pm onwards — Live Music: FUNKY MOON ROCKS: They are back to rock the house down for the rest of the night!
⚠️ SATURDAY DRESS CODE: Wear your absolute best Halloween fancy dress!
Prizes to be won for the scariest and most creative outfits!
🗓️ Sunday 25th October
11:00 am — Coffee Morning: Relax with a hot drink and join us for the weekend prize announcements.
12:00 pm (Noon) — Dog Walk: Join us for a short, social walk with the dogs.
